Her extensive experience in food manufacturing, production, and menu planning has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to create high-quality, nourishing meals.

But it was Lewis’s stroke at age three that shifted Sarah’s focus from the high-paced world of international events to something even more personal and fulfilling—ensuring that her family, and others like them, have access to nutritious, whole foods. As a determined tubie mum, Sarah combines her professional expertise with her passion for nutrition to create Wholesome Blends, offering real food options that meet the unique needs of those on a tube-feeding journey.
