Shipping policy

At Blended by Sarah, we take great care in preparing and delivering your blends.  

If your blends arrive damaged, compromised, or cannot be used due to a manufacturing issue, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you, including covering courier fees. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include a clear description and photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

We do not accept returns under any other circumstances due to the sensitive nature of our products and regulatory requirements.
